Crisis Management Plan 

In order to ensure safety of all participants and community members, Rainbow Connections has a comprehensive crisis-management plan in place. Our staff is trained in de-escalation, suicide prevention, and mandated reporting.

During hours of operation a licensed clinician will always be onsite. Off-hours will provide a voice message with available crisis resources such as local crisis lines, mobile crisis units, and emergency services to ensure immediate response if necessary.

A safety plan will be contracted between any youth in crisis and an on-staff clinician.
